Nachdem das Problem mit meinem Matratzenkauf gelöst wurde, möchte ich mich besonders bei Paula C. vom Scarnatti Kundenservice bedanken. Dank ihres Engagements und ihrer hervorragenden Unterstützung wurden mir drei Matratzen zugesandt, eine davon sogar in Rekordzeit über FedEx. Während des gesamten Vorgangs stand sie in engem Kontakt mit mir und zeigte ein hohes Maß an Professionalität und Kundenorientierung. Das ursprüngliche Problem wurde ausschließlich durch DPD verursacht, da die Lieferung nicht innerhalb der zugesagten Frist erfolgte und die Matratzen verspätet ankamen. Meine erste Bewertung entstand, bevor ich die Ware erhalten hatte, und beruhte auf dieser Verärgerung. Inzwischen bin ich von der Matratze sehr begeistert und wir testen sie derzeit weiter, um zu sehen, ob sie unseren Bedürfnissen vollständig entspricht.
Die Matratze ist bequem und erfüllt meine Erwartungen. Ich bin mit dem Liegegefühl sehr zufrieden.
Der Kundenservice war perfekt. Die Lieferung meiner Scarnatti Excellence Matratze wurde extra für mich organisiert, sodass sie genau am gewünschten Tag ankam. Auch die Matratze selbst ist hervorragend. Ich schlafe darauf viel besser als auf meiner alten Matratze und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
Optisch wirkt die Matratze sehr hochwertig und auch die Funktion überzeugt mit einem angenehmen Liegegefühl. Die Memoryschaumschicht ist zwar nicht besonders dick, reicht für mich aber völlig aus, um die Wirbelsäule spürbar zu entlasten. Die Matratze ist genau richtig abgestimmt: nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden, besonders weil beim Auspacken kaum chemischer Geruch wahrnehmbar war. Bei anderen Matratzen musste ich schon mehrere Tage lüften, hier war das fast gar nicht nötig. Außerdem sind meine Rückenschmerzen deutlich besser geworden.
Der Matratzentopper macht einen deutlichen Unterschied beim Liegekomfort. Die Oberfläche ist angenehm bequem und sorgt dafür, dass sich die Matratze deutlich hochwertiger anfühlt. Die 4 cm haben sich nach dem Ausrollen schnell entfaltet und lagen danach sauber auf. Meine Druckstellen an Schultern und Hüfte haben sich verbessert, und auch das Schlafgefühl ist insgesamt entspannter. Der Topper verrutscht kaum, macht einen ordentlich verarbeiteten Eindruck und bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde ihn wieder kaufen.
Im Prinzip ist die Matratze wie beschrieben. Ein Seitenschutz hätte jedoch noch vorhanden sein können.
Es ist wirklich ein hochwertiges Bett. Ich kann den Kauf klar empfehlen.

Für meine Größe und mein Gewicht war die Matratze grundsätzlich gut, aber nicht ganz ideal. Das Liegegefühl und die punktuelle Entlastung waren angenehm, für mich persönlich war sie jedoch einen Tick zu weich. Außerdem empfand ich sie als recht warm. Mit einem Topper hätte man das vielleicht ausgleichen können, allerdings wäre dadurch der positive Effekt der Punktentlastung teilweise verloren gegangen. Beim Sitzen am Bettrand habe ich den Lattenrost deutlich gespürt, was für mich nicht optimal war. Insgesamt ist die Qualität gut, aber für meine Bedürfnisse war die Matratze nicht ganz passend. Deshalb fast fünf Sterne, aber eben nicht ganz.

Die Matratze kommt bei mir nicht annähernd auf 18 cm Höhe, sondern eher auf 16 bis 16,5 cm. Deshalb entspricht sie nicht ganz der Beschreibung.
