You have 101 nights from the date of delivery to try your Scarnatti mattress in the comfort of your own home. If you’re not completely satisfied within this period, you can return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a return within the 101-night trial period:
Submit a contact request through our website.
Our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for the return process, including where to send the mattress and how to prepare it.
We will send you a Scarnatti™ Mattress Compression Bag, designed to make repackaging and returning your mattress as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Once packaged, you can arrange the return shipment as directed.
Include your original proof of purchase with the return.
To qualify for a full refund during the 101-night trial, the mattress must:
Be purchased directly from Scarnatti or an authorized seller.
Be in good condition, free from stains, odors, tears, or significant wear.
Not be altered or damaged beyond normal use.
Be returned in original or suitable packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a fee if the mattress is returned in unsatisfactory condition.
We offer free return shipping within the 101-night trial period, provided the return follows our guided process. If special arrangements are needed, we’ll inform you in advance of any related costs.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
The mattress is returned after the 101-night trial period.
It has been customized or purchased from a non-authorized seller.
It has been excessively used or damaged beyond regular trial evaluation.
You have previously returned a mattress under the trial policy.
In compliance with consumer protection laws, you may also cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To do so, submit a clear written request via our website. We will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding any upgraded delivery services), within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless agreed otherwise. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
If your mattress develops a defect after the 101-night trial but within the 10-year limited warranty period, please reach out to our customer service team. Warranty coverage includes repairs or replacements for qualifying issues.
Scarnatti (Renabed Europe BVBA) may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on our website.
